由瑞士日内瓦的Dupont塑料技术中心研究的振动焊接塑料,已用于水泵的壳体和桨叶、加热器阀、燃料泵、蒸气熨斗的水箱及发动机油箱的焊接。振动焊接就是把两个零件用一定压力压在一起,并用120赫的频率使其中一个零件沿接合面处振动,从而产生摩擦热,经2~3秒停止振动,并使两个零件保持在精确位置上,短时保压,待冷却后即焊接完毕。这样一个工作循环约5~8秒,其接合强度接近材料本身强度。振动形式可采用直线或回转方
