本文提出了电子天平进行蜡封法密度试验的新方案。与传统的等臂式天平蜡封试验相比,电子天平蜡封试验的实测密度离差小,精确度高。分析认为,电子天平悬称法不仅简便、快捷,而且极大地缩短了试样在水中的浸泡时间,有效防止了蜡膜微孔漏水造成的测定结果失真。同时,对比测试了不同蜡封条件下土的密度,探讨了温度、蜡膜厚度对蜡封试验测定结果的影响。
In this paper, a new scheme of wax balance density test with electronic balance is proposed. Compared with the traditional arm-arm balance wax seal test, the actual test of the electronic balance wax seal test has small deviations and high accuracy. The analysis shows that the electronic balance method is not only simple and quick, but also greatly shortens the immersion time of the sample in the water and effectively prevents the distortion of the determination result caused by the leaking of the microporous film of the wax film. In the meantime, the density of soil under different wax seal conditions was compared and the influence of temperature and wax film thickness on the results of wax seal test was discussed.
