气门间隙调整,对发动机正常工作有着密切的关系。因此,在保养、维修中,正确检查调整气门间隙是很重要的一环。但是,在检查调整气门间隙时,往往由于找各缸压缩行程上止点位置不一,因而在调整完气门间隙后,进行复查校对时,发生和调整时的间隙不一致现象。为达到检查调整准确,复查方便,方法简单,节省时间、容易掌握之目的,现以三种二缸柴油机为例,根据其配气相位来确定检查调整气门间隙的时间或曲轴(飞轮)转角。
Valve clearance adjustment, the normal work of the engine has a close relationship. Therefore, in the maintenance, repair, check and adjust the valve clearance is a very important part. However, when checking and adjusting the valve clearance, often because of finding the compression stroke of each cylinder, the top dead centers are not the same, so after adjusting the valve clearance, check the proofreading, occur and adjust the gap inconsistencies. In order to achieve the advantages of accurate inspection, convenient review, simple method, time saving and easy grasp, three types of two-cylinder diesel engines are taken as examples to determine the time for checking and adjusting the valve clearance or the rotation angle of the crankshaft (flywheel) based on the gas phase of the three types of diesel engines.
