目的:对无痛胃肠镜与常规胃肠镜两种检查方法用于消化内科疾病诊断中的价值进行比较性研究,为临床诊断提供参考。方法:选取2013年9月-2014年10月间使用胃镜检查的114例消化内科患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两个研究组,每组研究对象57例。观察组采用无痛胃肠镜检查,对照组采用常规胃肠镜检查。就两研究组的操作时间,不良反应及检查依从率等数据进行进行组间比较及统计学分析。结果:观察组操作时间(24.6±1.3)min,不良反应发生率为12.8%,依从率为100%均优于对照组的相应数据,且具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:无痛胃肠镜用于消化内科疾病检查中具有操作时间短,安全性高,依从率高等优势,研究对消化内科疾病检查方式的选择,具有参考价值。
Objective: To compare the value of painless gastrointestinal endoscopy and routine gastrointestinal endoscopy in the diagnosis of digestive diseases, and provide a reference for clinical diagnosis. Methods: One hundred and fourteen patients with gastroenterology who underwent gastroscopy between September 2013 and October 2014 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 57 subjects in each group. Observation group using painless gastrointestinal endoscopy, control group using conventional gastrointestinal endoscopy. The data of operation time, adverse reactions and compliance rate of the two study groups were compared and statistically analyzed. Results: The operation time of observation group (24.6 ± 1.3) min, adverse reaction rate was 12.8% and compliance rate was 100%, which was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The painless gastrointestinal endoscopy is used in digestive disease examination with the advantages of short operation time, high safety and high compliance rate. It is of great value to study the choice of examination methods for digestive diseases.
