目的 :探讨 β 七叶皂甙钠对急性面神经炎的疗效。方法 :选择 40例急性面神经炎的患者 ,平均年龄 ( 4 0 12± 9 2 8)岁 ,随机分为两组。A组给予 β 七叶皂甙钠 2 0mg +NS2 5 0ml静滴 10天 ;B组给予地塞米松 10mg +NS2 5 0ml静滴 10天。结果 :临床症状改善情况 ,面瘫恢复时间两组无明显差异。结论 :β 七叶皂甙钠对急性面神经炎有效。
Objective: To investigate the effect of β-aescinate on acute facial neuritis. Methods: Forty patients with acute facial neuritis were selected. The mean age was (40 ± 12) years old and randomly divided into two groups. Group A was given β-aescinate sodium 20mg + NS250ml intravenously for 10 days; Group B was given dexamethasone 10mg + NS250ml intravenously for 10 days. Results: The improvement of clinical symptoms, facial paralysis recovery time no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: β-aescinate is effective in the treatment of acute facial neuritis.
