根据矿业生产及地下工程作业事故的形态和规律,从减少事故伤亡、保障人员安全的角度出发,提出了地下作业遇险人员应遵循“先逃后避”的逃生原则。指出了目前的井下紧急逃生避险系统存在着“逃”的功能不足、“避”的功能有余的弊端。从满足地下作业遇险人员“先逃后避”的逃生愿望出发,开发设计了地下作业用随巷跟进式救生通道。分析表明,矿难或井下事故的遇险人员,借助于随巷跟进式救生通道,可以通过自救、互救或他救的方式,迅速转移至矿下具有永固工事的安全地带或转移到地面。
According to the shape and rule of mining production and underground engineering operation accidents, from the perspective of reducing accidental casualties and ensuring the safety of personnel, it is proposed that the underground operation distress personnel should follow the principle of escape after evasion. It is pointed out that the current underground emergency escape hedging system has the defects of “escape” function and “avoid” function. From underground workers in distress to meet the “escape” to escape the wishes of departure, development and design of the underground operation with the Lane follow-up life-saving passage. Analysis shows that people in distress or underground accidents, with the help of follow-up rescue lane along the lane, can be quickly rescued by means of self-help, mutual aid or rescue, and transferred to the mine with permanently fortified safety zone or transferred to the ground.
