目的评价贵州省城乡人群膳食质量及变化趋势。方法于 1992年和 1997年对 96 0户和 4 76户城乡居民按连续 3天称重法和 2 4小时回顾法进行膳食调查 ,同时进行家庭经济状况调查 ,用期望膳食模式 (Desirabledietarypattern ,DDP)进行评价 ,并与 2 0 0 0年中国期望膳食模式进行比较。结果城乡居民的膳食量逐步提高 ,但城乡差距较大 ,与 2 0 0 0年期望膳食模式目标相比 ,城市人群膳食质量较好 ,但结构不合理 ;农村人群膳食质量较差 ,动物性食品摄入偏低 ,食用油摄入不足 ,经济收入影响膳食质量。结论贵州城乡居民膳食质量逐步改善 ,但城乡差距大 ,结构不合理 ,应进行分类指导和改善
Objective To evaluate the dietary quality and the changing trend of urban and rural population in Guizhou Province. Methods In 1996 and 1997, 96 0 households and 4 76 urban and rural residents were surveyed by continuous 3-day weighing and 24-hour retrospective dietary surveys. At the same time, the family economic status survey was conducted and the Desirable Dietary Pattern (DDP) Evaluated and compared with expected Chinese dietary patterns in 2000. As a result, the urban and rural residents’ diet increased gradually, but the gap between urban and rural areas was larger. Compared with the expected dietary target in 2000, the urban population had better dietary quality but with an unreasonable structure. The poor quality of the rural population, Low intake, insufficient intake of edible oil, economic income affect the quality of the meal. Conclusion The quality of diet of urban and rural residents in Guizhou gradually improves, but the gap between urban and rural areas is large and the structure is irrational.
