用透射电镜对快速凝固Fe—Cr—Mo—B—Si合金中一种硼化物进行研究,发现该硼化物内含有具有α条纹衍衬特征的面缺陷。电子衍射花样的标定结果表明:这种硼化物具有正交底心晶体结构(a=4.2(?),b=12(?),c=8.4(?))。此结果也得到X射线衍射数据的支持。
TEM analysis of a boride in the rapidly solidified Fe-Cr-Mo-B-Si alloy reveals that the boride contains surface defects with α-stripe patterning. The calibration results of the electron diffraction pattern show that the boride has an orthorhombic center crystal structure (a = 4.2 (?), B = 12 (?), C = 8.4 (?)). This result is also supported by X-ray diffraction data.
