在学校教育中,对于学生来说,体育训练是一项消耗体能、简单机械和枯燥乏味的学习活动,加之缺乏应试高考的动力因素,因而难以激发他们的活动热情和兴趣。理论和实践表明:运动兴趣是实现体育与健康课程目标和价值的根本保证。运用游戏活动来辅助体育教学,能有效地改善学生的学习心理和活动状态。一是有利于活跃教学氛围,能够充分调动学生的积极性和主动性;二是能有效迁移学生的活动情趣,变相减缓身心疲劳程度;三是在寓教于乐之中非常有利于促进学生的个性发展和智力发展;四是既可以提高心理素质,又能陶冶学生的思想情操。本文结合高中体育的教学实践试简要阐述之。
In school education, physical training is a physical, mechanical and tedious learning activity for students. Coupled with the lack of motivation to take examinations, it is difficult to motivate and interest their activities. Theory and practice show that sports interest is the fundamental guarantee for realizing the goal and value of physical education and health curriculum.
