安徽省黄梅戏艺术发展基金会于 １９９９年 １２月 ２８日在合肥召开“迎接２０００年座谈会”，蓝天同志代表基金会作了“五年历程的体会和展望”的工作报告，报告总结了基金会成立５年来的工作，并对２０００年工作作了大致安排。安徽省委、省政府有关负责同志对基金会５年来的工作成绩予以充分肯定。省委副书记方兆祥同志于今年１月８日对总结作了批示：黄梅戏基金会成立五年来做了大量的工作．取得了显著成绩．作出了重要贡献。经验体会比较深刻，工作计划也很合适。这个“体会和展望”写得很好，对黄梅戏的艺术规律比较熟悉．对研究和发展黄梅戏的原则把握得也很明确。现将《五年历程的体会和展望》全文发表。
On June 28, 1999, Anhui Huangmei Opera Arts Development Foundation held “Meeting the 2000 Symposium” in Hefei.
