四中全会精神是统一全党、全军和全国各族人民认识和行动的强大思想武器,也是指导军事经济理论研究的指南。我们必须坚决贯彻四中全会的精神,把军事经济理论研究继续推向前进。首先,我们必须进一步提高对军事经济理论研究必要性和重要性的认识。制止动乱特别是平息反革命暴乱的斗争事实严峻地说明,我们必须巩固和加强人民民主专政,加强人民军队的建设。而要加强我军建设,就必须加强军事经济理论研究,为我军现代化建设,特别是军事经济的发展提供正确的理论指导。
The spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session is a powerful ideological weapon for unifying the understanding and action of the entire Party, the whole army and the people of all nationalities in the country and a guideline for guiding the study of the theory of military economy. We must resolutely implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session and continue to push forward the study of military economic theory. First of all, we must further raise our awareness of the necessity and importance of military economic theory research. The fact that the struggle to end turmoil, especially the counterrevolutionary riots, is starkly demonstrated shows that we must consolidate and strengthen the people's democratic dictatorship and strengthen the building of the people's army. To strengthen our army building, we must strengthen the theoretical study of military economy and provide the correct theoretical guidance for the modernization of our armed forces, especially the development of the military economy.
