目的观察美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗高血压心脏病室性期前收缩的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月—2016年1月江汉油田总医院收治的高血压心脏病室性期前收缩患者71例,随机分为对照组34例和观察组37例。对照组患者口服美托洛尔片,观察组患者口服美托洛尔片联合稳心颗粒;治疗1个月为1个疗程,两组患者均连续治疗3个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前后血压、血液流变学指标及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前两组患者收缩压、舒张压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者收缩压、舒张压低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者收缩压、舒张压均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗高血压心脏病室性期前收缩的临床疗效确切,能够有效改善患者血压及血液流变学,且安全性较高。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of metoprolol combined with Wenxin granule in the treatment of ventricular premature contractions of hypertensive heart disease. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016, 71 patients with hypertensive cardiac ventricular premature ventricular contractions in Jianghan Oilfield General Hospital were randomly divided into control group (34 cases) and observation group (37 cases). Patients in the control group were treated with metoprolol tablets orally, while those in the observation group were treated with metoprolol tablets combined with Wenxin granules. One course of treatment was one course of treatment, and both groups were treated for three courses continuously. Blood pressure, hemorheology and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in systolic pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure were lower in the observation group than in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, systolic and diastolic blood pressure were lower in both groups than before treatment (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and fibrinogen between the two groups before treatment Viscosity, plasma viscosity and fibrinogen were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the two groups of patients with high blood viscosity of whole blood, low blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen were lower than before treatment (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusion Metoprolol combined with Wenxin Granule in the treatment of hypertensive heart disease has clinical effect of premature ventricular contraction, which can effectively improve the blood pressure and hemorheology of patients with high safety.
