黄河是山东省主要的客水资源，它不仅给山东沿黄地区带来很大的社会、环境效益，而且带来巨额的经济效益。本文依据1957年以来33年的黄河实测水文资料和引黄用水资料，较全面、系统地计算分析了山东黄河水资源在农业、工业、石油开发、城镇居民生活、引黄放淤，及渔、林业综合开发等方面取得的实际经济效益，并对其利用效益的近、远期发展做了预测。
The Yellow River is the main passenger water resource in Shandong Province. It not only brings great social and environmental benefits to Shandong’s Yellow River area, but also brings huge economic benefits. Based on the 33 years of Yellow River measured hydrological data and Yellow River water use data since 1957, this paper comprehensively and systematically analyzed and analyzed the water resources of Shandong Yellow River in agriculture, industry, oil development, urban residents’ life, Comprehensive development and other aspects of the actual economic benefits, and utilization of its near and future forecasts made.
