对TC6钛合金进行2 GPa压力热处理,利用纳米压痕技术、光学显微镜和透射电镜探讨了2 GPa压力热处理对TC6钛合金塑变抗力的影响。结果表明,2 GPa压力热处理能减小TC6钛合金的塑性变形量,提高其塑变抗力,这主要归因于高压热处理能细化TC6钛合金组织及增大组织内部的位错密度。
The effects of 2 GPa heat treatment on plastic deformation resistance of TC6 titanium alloy were investigated by 2 GPa pressure heat treatment on TC6 titanium alloy with nanoindentation technology, optical microscope and transmission electron microscope. The results show that the 2 GPa pressure heat treatment can reduce the plastic deformation of TC6 titanium alloy and improve the plastic deformation resistance, which is mainly attributed to the high pressure heat treatment can refine the TC6 titanium alloy structure and increase the dislocation density within the organization.
