社会主义市场经济和改革开放的历史条件下,医院改革不断深化、市场竞争日趋激烈的形势下,党组织建设遇到了新的挑战。笔者认为,在新形势下,加强和改进医院党的建设,必须坚持用“三个代表”重要思想推进党建工作。医院思想政治工作既要继承和发扬优良传统,更要面对新时代,开拓新思路,寻求新载体,以崭新的面貌和姿态,增创新优势。 Under the historical conditions of socialist market economy and reform and opening up, under the situation of deepening hospital reform and increasingly fierce market competition, party building has encountered new challenges. The author believes that under the new situation, to strengthen and improve the building of the hospital party, we must persist in using the important thinking of “three represents ” to promote the party building. Ideological and political work in the hospital not only needs to inherit and carry forward its fine traditions, but also face the new era, explore new ways of thinking, seek new carriers, and create new advantages with a brand new look and posture.
