介绍了青海高寒地区大蒜的栽培技术以及地膜覆盖技术在其栽培中的运用。该地区生产的大蒜以蒜头大、蒜粒饱满、色泽鲜亮、富含对人体有益的硒元素而享誉全国。大蒜在常温下易发芽而影响其品质和食用性,故不耐储藏。青海生产的大蒜在7-8月份上市,正好填补了我国南方大蒜市场的短缺,在市场销售中占了一定的份额,近年来常常出现供不应求的现状。
