本文研究了用辉光放电法在Ti-6Al-4V合金上淀积坚硬碳膜。并对碳膜的耐磨性、耐蚀性及其与衬底的结合强度进行了初步测试,用电子衍射对碳膜结构进行了分析。结果表明,坚硬碳膜能有效地提高钛合金的耐磨性及对氢氟酸溶液的耐蚀性。
In this paper, the hard carbon film deposited on Ti-6Al-4V alloy by glow discharge method was studied. The wear resistance, corrosion resistance and bonding strength between the carbon film and the substrate were tested. The carbon film structure was analyzed by electron diffraction. The results show that the hard carbon film can effectively improve the wear resistance of titanium alloy and hydrofluoric acid solution corrosion resistance.
