我国啤酒产量从1980年的69万吨增长到1995年的1569万吨,成为仅次于美国的世界第二大啤酒生产国。虽然我国啤酒产量快速增长,啤酒的品种也向多样化和多规模化方向发展,但由于缺乏有效的行业指导和统一规划,啤酒生产存在着规模小型化、布局分散化、经营地区化的问题。同时,美国、欧洲、日本等多家啤酒公司也纷纷进军中国,在市场竞争日趋激烈,洋品牌纷纷涌入的今天,靠地方保护、价格低廉而赢得国内市场的国产啤酒面临着严峻的形势。一、小型化、分散化是啤酒业发展面临的最大问题
