针对柔性生产线可适应多品种、中等批量产品需求的特点,提出一种面向零件族的柔性生产线构形设计方法。以投资最少、生产线空闲时间最短和生产线上的加工任务重现度最大为优化目标,综合考虑空间约束、节拍约束和加工任务先后顺序约束,建立柔性生产线构形设计的多目标线性混合整数规划模型;根据该模型的特点,给出基于分支定界的优化算法,求得模型的最优解。以缸盖柔性生产线为实例,验证该设计模型和优化算法的有效性。
Aiming at the characteristics that the flexible production line can meet the requirements of multi-varieties and medium-sized products, a configuration-oriented design method of flexible production line for part family is proposed. Taking the least investment, the shortest idle time of the production line and the maximum reproducibility of the processing tasks on the production line as optimization objectives, the multi-objective linear mixed integer programming model of flexible production line configuration design is established considering the sequence constraints of space constraint, beat constraint and processing task According to the characteristics of the model, an optimization algorithm based on branch and bound is given, and the optimal solution of the model is obtained. Taking the cylinder head flexible production line as an example, the validity of the design model and the optimization algorithm are verified.
