本次采购运作管理的调研是基于往年调研的基础上展开的,问卷的设计也是在去年的基础上进行了略微改进,所以大部分问题都沿用了去年的问卷。从这次回收的数据来看,部分调查结论与去年的大同小异。比如,大多数企业的采购模式仍然是集中与分散相结合;询价、比价、供应商选择和议价仍然是采购过程中的首要工作,其次是供应商审计和资质审查、跟单和催交;询价、议价、与稳定供应商达成战略合作依然是多数企业控制采购成本的主要方式。因为回收的数据结果跟去年的相差无几,所以,本报告将不对上述结论进行一一阐述,读者可参阅2010年中国采购研究报告的第五部分采购管理特点进行了
The survey of the procurement operation management was based on previous research. The design of the questionnaire was also slightly improved on the basis of last year. Therefore, most of the questions are based on last year’s questionnaire. From the data collected this time, some of the findings are similar to last year’s. For example, the procurement model of most companies is still a combination of concentration and decentralization; inquiry, price comparison, supplier selection and bargaining are still the top priorities in the procurement process, followed by supplier audits and qualifications review, documentary and reminder; Inquiries, bargaining, and strategic cooperation with stable suppliers are still the main way for most companies to control procurement costs. Because the results of the collected data are almost the same as last year, this report will not elaborate on the above conclusions.
