目的 总结应用Hartmann术治疗直肠癌的经验。方法 对我科近9年期间应用Hartmann术治疗20例直肠癌病人的手术并发症及术后近期疗效进行回顾分析。结果 本组20例,手术并发症发生率为5％(1/20),术后近期疗效满意。结论应用Hartmann术治疗直肠癌仍有其一定实用价值,根据作者体会结合有关文献,提出了该术式的适应证。
Objective To summarize the experience of applying Hartmann’s treatment of rectal cancer. Methods The operative complications and postoperative short-term outcomes of 20 patients with rectal cancer were analyzed retrospectively using Hartmann’s technique in our department during the last 9 years. Results In this group of 20 patients, the incidence of surgical complications was 5% (1/20), and the immediate postoperative effect was satisfactory. Conclusion The application of Hartmann technique in the treatment of rectal cancer still has its practical value. According to the author’s experience and the relevant literature, the indications for this procedure are proposed.
