一、概况我厂两台液态出渣煤粉炉,配有四台287/470型钢球磨煤机。设计要求煤种为磨半烟煤,其出力在20吨/时左右。1966年前经过设备改进、煤粉细度放粗等措施,磨煤机出力曾达到23吨/时,磨煤机单耗最低达到28度/吨煤左右。1978年两台液态炉恢复烧煤后,由于来煤复杂、煤质多变,经常出现二高一低(灰份、水份高,挥发份低)现象;同时,由于钢球直径大小不一,制粉出力最高仅22吨/时,制粉单耗经常维持在30~31度/吨煤水平。为了提高磨煤机出力,降低制粉单耗,赶超历史先进水平,我们采用了优选法。对制粉系统甲组进行试验,通过优选试验使13号炉甲组制粉单耗达到27度/吨煤,比调试前下降3度/吨煤左右。

Through the optimized test, the pulverized coal consumption of No.13 furnace group A reached 27 degrees per ton of coal, about 3 degrees per ton of coal before debugging.
