加强人文精神,避免人的尊严、人的基本权利遭到践踏,必须厘清人文精神与法治的关系及人文精神在法治中的适用原则,人格尊严与价值是人文精神在法治中的支柱;权利平等是人文精神在法治中的核心内容;基本自由是人文精神在法治中的实现目标,这三项原则在法治中得到充分的适用就是法治人性化的实现。
We must strengthen humanistic spirit, avoid human dignity and human beings’ basic rights are trampled on. We must clarify the relationship between humanistic spirit and the rule of law and the principle of applying humanistic spirit to the rule of law.
