以荷瘤动物模型观察清肝消疒徵丹抗肿瘤作用。结果:清肝消疒徵丹高、中、低剂量对小鼠移植性肝癌(Hep)的抑制率为47.57%,44.66%和39.81%;对Lewis肺癌的抑制率为42.92%,39.33%和31.91%;对肝癌腹水型小鼠生命延长率为50.54%,46.95%和33.55%;与生理盐水组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),能促进荷瘤小鼠血清抗体(溶血素)的生成;提高外周血T淋巴细胞(T)、辅助性T细胞(Th),纠正Th/Ts的比值异常,拮抗化疗药FT-207对此类细胞的抑制作用;提高自然杀伤细胞(NK)的活性。提示本药有较好的抑瘤和免疫调节作用,能使荷瘤小鼠低下状态的免疫功能提高
The tumor-bearing animal model was used to observe the anti-tumor effects of Qinggan Xiaoqin Zhengdan. It is suggested that the drug has a good effect of inhibiting tumor and immune regulation, and can improve the immune function of the tumor-bearing mice in a depressed state.
