本文对832例患者(分别使用六种药物)的耳垂血标本进行了血药浓度监测,揭示了临床用药中存生的不合理性。采用末端相取点法和两步法估算了六种药物的个体、群体、不同性别,不同年龄组的消除速率常数(K),其中50~56岁分别与14~49岁和60岁以上年龄组间的庆大霉素K值有极显著差异(P<0.01);并向临床医生推荐了新的给药方案。
In this paper, 832 patients (six drugs were used) of the blood lobe blood samples were monitored, revealing the clinical use of drugs in the unreasonable. The elimination rate constants (K) of six drugs in individuals, groups, different genders and different age groups were estimated by the method of end-point extraction and two-step method. Among them, the elimination rate constants (K) of 50 to 56 years were respectively 14 to 49 years and 60 years There was a significant difference in the value of gentamycin K between the two groups (P <0.01). A new dosing regimen was recommended to clinicians.
