基于广东区域农林业发展需求及人才培养现状,研究卓越农林人才培养的协同机制及其质量评价问题具有重要的现实意义。建立人才协同培养机制,其动力基础来源于产学研各方的内在发展需求,以及科技、产业和市场等环境压力。主体的协同和信息的反馈,推动人才培养的互动协同。多元质量评价体系的构建是检验卓越农林人才协同培养机制合理性与有效度的重要手段。
Based on the development needs of agriculture and forestry in Guangdong region and the status quo of personnel training, it is of great practical significance to study the synergetic mechanism and quality evaluation of excellent agriculture and forestry personnel training.
