一、引言埃佩奈工厂位于巴黎至斯特拉斯堡线上埃佩奈车站的北边。该厂一向修理蒸汽机车,1952年第一次转产改修装有低速柴油机的内燃机车和动车,此外,还修理机车车辆的各种配件如制动机三通阀、制动软管连接器和速度记录指示器等。由于近几年来这类陈旧的机车数量不断减少,到1980年将绝迹,因此,为了补充该厂的机车修理业务,法国国营铁路车辆处令其从1974年开始对市郊不锈钢客车(R.I.B)进行中修。法国国营铁路作出这个决定是考虑到只须对该厂的现有设备稍作改造即可承担这项任务。
I. Introduction The Epernay plant is located to the north of Epenéy Station on the line from Paris to Strasbourg. The factory has always been repairing steam locomotives. In 1952, it first converted and repaired diesel locomotives and motor cars with low-speed diesel engines. In addition, it repaired all kinds of accessories for locomotives, such as brake three-way valves, brake hose connectors and speed Record indicator and so on. Since the number of such stalled locomotives has been declining in recent years and will disappear by 1980, to supplement the locomotive repair business at the plant, the French state-owned railway vehicles ordered it to carry out a suburban stainless steel bus (RIB) from 1974 repair. The decision by the French state-owned railway is to take into account that this task can only be undertaken with minor modifications to the plant’s existing equipment.
