产业结构的演进和就业结构改变之间具有一定的相关性,就业结构与产业结构的协调发展,会直接影响高职院校毕业生就业水平以及产业发展的状况。针对上述问题,提出高职院校毕业生就业结构与产业结构相关性研究。以高职院校毕业生就业结构与产业结构的协调关系为切入点,对就业结构与产业结构的相关性进行深入研究,提出了改进毕业生就业结构的相应举措,解决了产业结构与就业结构之间发展不平衡的问题。
There is a certain correlation between the evolution of industrial structure and the change of employment structure. The coordinated development of employment structure and industrial structure will directly affect the employment level of graduates of higher vocational colleges and the status of industrial development. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the research on the correlation between employment structure and industrial structure of higher vocational college graduates. Taking the coordinative relationship between the employment structure and industrial structure of higher vocational college graduates as the starting point, this paper makes an in-depth study on the correlation between employment structure and industrial structure, puts forward corresponding measures to improve the employment structure of graduates and solves the problems of industrial structure and employment structure Imbalance between the development of the issue.
