新风独立的湿度控制系统可以有效地防止病毒的扩散。热泵除湿是新风独立系统中的一种高效的除湿方式。本文利用分布参数法建立了热泵除湿系统的数学模型,并且建立了热泵除湿实验台,开展实验验证所建立的数学模型。结果表明该模型能够比较精确地预测热泵除湿系统在高温高湿工况下的除湿性能。利用所建立的数学模型研究了空气温度,相对湿度,空气流量变化时,对该系统的除湿能力和COP的影响。模拟结果亦表明热泵除湿系统在高温高湿的条件下的除湿能力和COP都具有很强的鲁棒性。
Fresh air independent humidity control system can effectively prevent the spread of the virus. Heat pump dehumidification is a highly efficient dehumidification method in a fresh air independent system. In this paper, the mathematical model of the heat pump dehumidification system is established by the distributed parameter method, and the heat pump dehumidification bench is set up to carry out the mathematical model established by the experimental verification. The results show that the model can predict the dehumidification performance of heat pump dehumidification system under high temperature and high humidity conditions more accurately. The mathematical model established was used to study the influence of air temperature, relative humidity and air flow on the dehumidification capacity and COP of the system. Simulation results also show that the heat pump dehumidification system in the high temperature and humidity conditions of the dehumidification capacity and COP have strong robustness.
