2008年,“食品安全法”(草案)作为新一届全国人大常委会向社会全文公布、广泛征求意见的第一部法律草案,一经公布引起社会各界强烈反响,仅10天就收到各界群众意见4838件。由此可见,一方面说明政府旨在通过立法确保食品安全的决心;另一方面也可以看出人们对食品安全的广泛关注。究其原因,有关专家认为,主要是人们越来越意识到:食品安全与人们的身体健康息息相关。人们不仅要吃饱,还要吃好,这样人体才能健康。
In 2008, the “draft law on food safety” (draft), the first draft law widely publicized by the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress to the entire society, was received only in 10 days when the draft law of the People’s Republic of China promulgated a strong response from all walks of life 4838 opinions from all walks of life. This shows that on the one hand shows the government’s determination to ensure food safety through legislation; on the other hand, it can also be seen that people pay more attention to food safety. The reason, the experts believe that the main people are more aware of: food safety and people’s health are closely related. People not only have to eat, but also eat well, so that the human body can be healthy.
