目的建立艾纳香药材的超高效液相特征性指纹图谱鉴别方法,为艾纳香药材质量控制提供依据。方法采用Agilent ZORBAX RRHD Eclipse Plus C18(2.1mm×100mm,1.8μm)色谱柱,流动相乙腈-0.10%磷酸水,梯度洗脱,检测波长为290nm,流速0.2ml·min-1,测定21批艾纳香药材及艾纳香茎、假东风草的指纹图谱,并作相似度比较分析。结果建立了艾纳香药材UPLC特征指纹图谱共有模式,标定了22个共有峰,21批艾纳香药材的相似度为0.910~0.996,而与艾纳香茎及假东风草的指纹图谱比较,结果具有明显差异。结论该方法快速、高效,可用于艾纳香药材的质量评价。
OBJECTIVE To establish a fingerprint identification method of Ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography of ANAXYAN herbs, which can provide the basis for the quality control of ANAXILA. Methods The Agilent ZORBAX RRHD Eclipse Plus C18 (2.1 mm × 100 mm, 1.8 μm) column was used. The mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.10% phosphoric acid was eluted with gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 290 nm and the flow rate was 0.2 ml · min- Medicinal herbs and aromatic incense stems, fake oriental grass fingerprints, and comparative analysis of similarities. Results A total UPLC fingerprint was established and 22 common peaks were calibrated. The similarity of 21 batches of Anemones was 0.910 ~ 0.996. Compared with the fingerprints of Anemone, The results have significant differences. Conclusion The method is rapid and efficient and can be used to evaluate the quality of Radix Aconiti.
