随着工农业生产的飞跃发展,去年四月间,我县掀起了幼儿托儿化的高潮。从全县仅有三个公办幼儿班,发展到社社开办幼儿园,队队成立托儿所,普及了幼儿教育。要进一步巩固幼儿园,关键问题是培养师资。我县农村绝大多数教养员只有初小或高小的文化水平,有的还只在小学唸过两年书。辅导农村幼儿园,不断帮助教养员提高水平,就是我们公办幼儿园的光荣而又艰巨的任务。现在介绍我们的一些具体作法。
With the rapid development of industrial and agricultural production, in April last year, the county set off a climax of children's childcare. From the county only three public kindergartens, the development of social clubs to run kindergartens, teams set up a nursery, universal early childhood education. To further consolidate kindergarten, the key issue is to train teachers. Most teachers in rural areas of our county have only elementary or junior high school education level, and some of them only studied two years in primary school. Counseling rural kindergartens, continue to help improve the level of educators, is our public kindergarten glorious but arduous task. Now let's introduce some of our specific practices.
