拥军优属、拥政爱民,是中国共产党的光荣传统,是中国人民克敌制胜的法宝。在新的历史时期,如何进一步发扬光大这一光荣传统,不断推进双拥工作继承创新,是各级党政机关的一项重要任务。在上海市双拥工作领导小组的大力支持下,本刊从今年开始,开设“双拥工作”专栏,不定期介绍上海市在这一方面工作所取得的成绩与经验。
It is the glorious tradition of the Chinese Communist Party and a magic weapon for the Chinese people to defeat their enemies. In the new historical period, it is an important task of party and government organs at all levels to continuously carry forward the honorable tradition of how to further develop this tradition and continuously promote the work of double-support. With the strong support from the leading group of dual-support work in Shanghai, we have started this year’s special column entitled “Two-Owned Jobs,” occasionally introducing achievements and experiences gained by Shanghai in this area.
