1、前言临床实验证明在自由呼吸状态下,由体表测到的胸部阻抗值和人体呼吸量有很好的相关性。人们能方便地用阻抗图仪描记自由呼吸状态下胸部阻抗值的变化,对运动员、飞行员进行呼吸功能的连续观察或对危重病人进行长期监护。由于呼吸的同时心脏也在搏动,所以呼吸时肺体积的变化、心脏射血时主动脉容积的变化都会影响胸部阻抗值的变化。虽然在一定部位的电极配置条件下可以缩小后者产生的影响(一般约为(?)者的十分之一),但它叠加在总阻抗值变化之波形上,仍会引起呼吸量测量
1, Foreword Clinical experiments show that in the state of free breathing, chest resistance measured by the body surface and body respiration have a good correlation. Impedance plotting can be easily used to characterize changes in chest impedance in free breathing conditions, continuous observation of the respiratory function of athletes, pilots, or long-term custody of critically ill patients. As the heart is pulsating at the same time as breathing, changes in lung volume during respiration and changes in the volume of the aorta during cardiac ejection affect the change in chest impedance. Although the effect of the latter can be minimized (typically about one-tenth of that in a given site), it is still superimposed on the waveform of the total impedance change and still causes spike measurements
