随着微机应用范围的不断扩大,计算机辅助设备管理得到了广泛的应用,使设备管理摆脱了传统的手工统计、汇总的繁重工作.但目前多数企业仍停留在静态管理中,只是查询、统计一些静态数据,还不能掌握设备实际运行中的各种技术状况和参数.为了适应市场经济的纺织企业设备管理及维修工作的要求,计算机辅助设备管理,必须从静态管理转向动态管理发展.一、现状分析根据纺织行业的特点,大多数设备经过数年的使用已进入故障多发期,维修工作量繁重.由于纺织行业属于批量流水式作业,半自动化程度较高,设备故障停机对企业影响很大.因此,维修计划必须具有针对性强、科学合理,而手工编制的维修计划难以达到这一要求.
