我厂采用熔点为1250℃的70%锰铁+30%硼砂焊剂对W18Cr4V钢刀具进行高频钎焊淬火。生产中因W18Cr4V钢经常短缺,故W6Cr5Mo4V2钢替代,由于W6Cr5Mo4V2钢较W18Cr4V钢的淬火温度低50~60℃,在不改变焊剂的情况下对W6Cr5Mo4V2钢进行钎焊淬火发现:若钎焊牢固了,刀头就过热或过烧;若保证刀头不过热则焊剂没熔化,钎焊不牢,使用时刀头脱落。经分析,产生上述情况的原因就是焊剂熔化温度远高于刀头淬火温度,不符合钎焊焊剂低于刀头淬火温度30~50℃的原则。为此我们研制一种熔点为1170℃左右的焊剂对
