依据钻进过程中岩屑携带原理 ,设计出一种有利于岩屑携带的切入式喷嘴 ,并对该种喷嘴与导向叶轮式喷嘴、圆射流喷嘴进行了轴向压力分布以及水力携岩能力的试验对比。试验结果表明 ,切入式喷嘴形成的射流在其射流的主体段上轴向压力呈现出“M”形分布 ,其携岩能力最强 ,携岩量随着切入角的增加呈现出先增加后减小的趋势 ,最优携岩喷距与切入角成指数关系。在本试验条件下 ,最优切入角为 6 0°左右 ,在此范围内的最优携岩喷距为无因次喷距的 8.5~ 8.7倍。
