本文从NW 型行星齿轮机构具有重量轻、体积小、效率高、功率范围大,而目前实际使用极少的情况出发,指出研究NW 型行星齿轮机构安装条件的必要性,进而对其安装条件进行了理论分析、推导出对机构安装必须满足的齿数条件。最后,通过计算例题说明了安装条件在NW 型行星齿轮机构的运动设计中的应用。
In this paper, NW type planetary gear mechanism with light weight, small size, high efficiency, large power range, and the current actual use of very little situation, pointed out that the necessity of NW type planetary gear mechanism installation conditions, and then its installation conditions The theoretical analysis deduces the number of teeth that must be satisfied for the installation of the mechanism. Finally, the application of the installation conditions to the motion design of the NW planetary gear mechanism is illustrated through calculation examples.
