目的检测肺癌组织中癌胚抗原相关细胞粘附因子1(carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesionmolecule 1,CEACAM1)的表达,探讨其与血管内皮细胞生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的表达及微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)值的相互关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法(S-P法)检测50例肺癌组织、10例正常肺组织中CEACAM1、VEGF的表达及MVD值。结果 CEACAM1在肺癌组织中的阳性表达率较在正常肺组织中的阳性表达率增高(P<0.01),VEGF在肺癌组织中的阳性表达率较在正常肺组织中的阳性表达率增高(P<0.05),肺癌组织中MVD值较正常肺组织中MVD值增高(P<0.01)。肺癌组织中CEACAM1的表达与VEGF的表达存在正相关关系(r=0.59,P<0.01),肺癌组织中CEACAM1的表达与MVD值存在的正相关关系(r=0.44,P<0.01)。结论肺癌组织中CEACAM1的表达增高,提示CEACAM1可能参与了肺癌的发生发展。肺癌组织中CEACAM1的表达与VEGF的表达及MVD值均呈正相关关系,提示CEACAM1可能参与肺癌血管生成。
Objective To detect the expression of carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 1 (CEACAM1) in lung cancer and to investigate its relationship with the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and microvessel density microvessel density, MVD) values. Methods Immunohistochemistry (S-P method) was used to detect the expression of CEACAM1, VEGF and MVD in 50 cases of lung cancer tissues and 10 cases of normal lung tissues. Results The positive rate of CEACAM1 expression in lung cancer tissues was higher than that in normal lung tissues (P <0.01). The positive rate of VEGF expression in lung cancer tissues was higher than that in normal lung tissues (P < 0.05). The MVD in lung cancer tissues was higher than that in normal lung tissues (P <0.01). There was a positive correlation between CEACAM1 expression and VEGF expression in lung cancer (r = 0.59, P <0.01). There was a positive correlation between CEACAM1 expression and MVD in lung cancer (r = 0.44, P <0.01). Conclusions The expression of CEACAM1 in lung cancer is increased, suggesting that CEACAM1 may be involved in the development of lung cancer. The expression of CEACAM1 in lung cancer tissues was positively correlated with the expression of VEGF and the MVD value, suggesting that CEACAM1 may be involved in the angiogenesis of lung cancer.
