一、概况通常把用酸清除氧化铁皮的生产过程称为“酸洗”。酸洗的最终目的是清洗掉线材表面的氧化铁皮,为线材的拉拔创造良好条件。在用硫酸进行酸洗的过程中,有大量的FeSO_4产生。随着时间的增长,酸洗溶液中的FeSO_4越来越多,酸的浓度不断下降;当FeSO_4含量超过200克/升、H_2SO_4浓度低于20克/升时,酸洗速度显著下降,这样的酸液已不能再用于洗线,称之为“废酸”。
