【目的】探讨出生孕周数与儿童智力之间的关系,为改善儿童智力行为的发育提供建议。【方法】采用随访研究,以贝利婴幼儿发展量表(Bayley Scale of Infant Development,BSID)中国修订版作为智力行为的评价量表;采用Access数据录入,采用SPSS13.0进行相关的统计描述和统计分析。【结果】随着出生孕周数的增加,3月龄儿童的MDI标准分、PDI标准分、听觉能力、视觉能力、操作能力、竖头运动、表现兴趣的感觉区、合作性、活动性、反应性以及对玩具的兴趣评分增长差异有显著性;但是在40.5周以后增长差异无显著性。【结论】孕40周左右出生的儿童智力行为发育上存在优势。
【Objective】 To explore the relationship between gestational age at birth and children’s intelligence, and to provide suggestions for improving the development of children’s intellectual behavior. 【Methods】 A follow-up study was conducted with the Chinese revision of Bayley Scale of Infant Development (BSID) as the assessment scale of intelligence behavior. The data were collected by Access and SPSS13.0 Statistical Analysis. 【Results】 With the increase of gestation weeks, the 3-month-old children had significant differences in MDI score, PDI score, auditory ability, visual ability, operation ability, vertical head movement, sensory zone of interest, cooperation, Reactivity and toy interest scores were significantly different; however, the difference was not significant after 40.5 weeks. 【Conclusion】 There is an advantage in the development of intelligence and behavior of children born in about 40 weeks of gestation.
