我国在波纹管设计中一般采用美国EJMA标准。在该标准中,由内压产生的波纹管子午向弯曲应力判据:0.35S_4≤S_A。在标准中未考虑高温下多层波纹管层间的气体膨胀对其性能的影响,因而设计使用的多层U型波纹管出现过平面失稳失效现象。本文通过理论分析和计算,认为当使用温度较高、单层厚度较薄时,层间气体膨胀的影响不可忽视,EJMA标准中S_4判据应当进行补充。文中提出了补充校核公式,并在实际工程应用中得到了验证.
China in the bellows design generally use the United States EJMA standard. In this standard, bellows radial bending stress caused by internal pressure criterion: 0.35S_4≤S_A. In the standard, the influence of gas expansion between multi-layer corrugated pipe layers on the performance is not considered in the standard, so the multi-layer U-shaped corrugated pipe used in design has experienced the phenomenon of plane failure. In this paper, theoretical analysis and calculation show that when the service temperature is high and the thickness of single layer is thin, the influence of gas expansion between layers can not be ignored. The criterion of S_4 in EJMA standard should be supplemented. In the paper, the supplementary checking formula is put forward and verified in practical engineering application.
