1973年秋,我们从白僵菌自然寄生的黑尾叶蝉虫尸标本中,分离获得了白僵菌“洪52”菌株。几年来,经过数万亩的大面积示范试验,证明白僵菌“洪52”对水稻黑尾叶蝉防治效果显著。1977年经省级鉴定通过,决定予以推广。防治稻叶蝉的效果应用白僵菌“洪52”防治水稻黑尾叶蝉,施药后2天左右害虫食欲减退。田间虫口密度下降,在施后一星期达到高峰,第8—12天达到死虫高峰。虫口下降率一般为80—90%,最高达98%;寄生死亡率
