李敦兴,号鹤亭、小帖、云卿,堂号观松斋、佛台山房主人。一九四六年十二月二十九日生于韩国全罗南道潭阳郡,七十年毕业于韩国全南大学校工科大学。从事书法活动已三十余年。现为韩国国际书法艺术联合(以下简称国书联)韩国本部副理事长,国书联湖南支会名誉会长,韩国光州广域市(相当我国的直辖市)文化振兴委员,韩国美协光州广域市支部长;并任韩国美协国展评委、书艺大展评委、光州双年展财团理事、中国广东省书协艺术顾问及四川联合书法艺术学院客座教授等。

Now Korea International Calligraphy and Art Federation (hereinafter referred to as the League of Nations), vice president of South Korea, Honorary chairman of the League of Nations branch in Hunan Province, South Korea Gwangju Metropolitan Municipality (quite the municipality directly under the Central Government) cultural revitalization committee, South Korea Association of Guangguang City branch director; and served as the Korean Association of the United States National Exhibition Jury, Book Art Festival Jury, Gwangju Biennale consortia, Guangdong Province, China Association of art consultants and Sichuan Association of calligraphy art visiting professor.
