对虎杖中蒽醌化合物进行了分级分离,并且对乙酸乙酯卒取部分晶Ⅲ、晶Ⅳ抗HSV-1药效,通过病毒所致细胞病变的抑制以及空斑减数实验进行了观察。结果表明,在HEP-2细胞系统中,晶Ⅳ对HSV-1F株的增殖及其感染均具有明显的抑制作用,ED50分别为0.067mg/L及0.03072mg/L,ED90分别为3.398mg/L及1.811mg/L。同样,晶Ⅳ对HSV-1F株也具有显著的直接杀灭作用,ED50及ED90分别为0.09443mg/L及3.501mg/L。认为晶Ⅳ对HSV-1具有显著的抑制作用,而其细胞毒作用不强,值得开发利用。
The pupal compounds in Polygonum cuspidatum were fractionated, and the efficacy of partial crystal III and crystal IV anti-HSV-1 on ethyl acetate was observed, and the cytopathogenic inhibition by the virus and plaque reduction experiments were observed.
