烤牛肉 中非人的肉食主要是牛肉。无论是首都还是小城镇,一年四季牛肉充满市场。每逢节日,在棕榈、香蕉树围绕的草棚前场地上,家家炊火闪烁,牛肉飘香。其中吃得最多的要数烤牛肉。 中非的烤牛肉挺简单。在城镇热闹处的绿荫下搭个小木棚,用来遮凉和陈列烤好的牛肉及木薯团。棚后露天就是烤牛肉的地方。一个半截废弃的汽油桶,上面搁块铁丝编的网孔栅,桶内点燃干柴棍,放在铁丝栅上的牛肉火烤烟
