襄樊市是我省大蒜的主要产地之一,每年从4月上旬开始,早熟品种蒜苔陆续上市。4月下旬至“5.1”节前夕,则是中、晚熟品种蒜苔集中大量上市的季节,每天上市量高达几十万斤,除供本市食用外,还运销到东北和北京等地。蒜苔的收获时间及其方法,对调节劳力和延长上市时间具有十分重要作用。我市在长期生产实践中,对于如何收获好蒜苔,积累了丰富经验。现将几种收获蒜苔的方法简介如下。
