目的:建立高速逆流色谱法测定卡泊三醇软膏的含量.方法: 采用高速逆流色谱法,溶剂体系为正己烷-乙醇-水(2: 10:. 5,v/v/v),进样量为1 ml,检测波长265 nm.结果:卡泊三醇在4. 02~40. 20 μg·ml-1呈良好的线性关系(r=0. 999 4),平均回收率为99. 2% ,RSD为0. 4% (n=9).结论:高速逆流色谱法简单、快速、适用于卡泊三醇软膏的含量测定.“,”Objective: To develop a new method for the determination of calcipotriol ointment by high-speed counter-current chro-matography(HSCCC). Methods: An HSCCC method was used coupled with two-phase solvent system consisting of petroleum benzine-ethanol -water(2: 1: 0. 5, v/v/v). The injection volume was 1. 0 ml and the detection wavelength was set at 265 nm. Results: The proposed method showed good linearity within the range of 4.02-40.20 μg·ml-1(r=0.999 4). The average recovery was 99.2%, and the RSD was 0. 4% (n=9) . Conclusion: The HSCCC method is simple and rapid, and suitable for the determination of calcipo-triol ointment.
