中国药品生物制品检定所要求我所参加了首批国家标准品吉他霉素的协作标定工作。利用国际标准品,采用微生物效价测定的三剂量法,共完成17组数据。这17组数据经合并计算,结果均一。合并结果为1462.2u·mg-1。该批标准品经全国协作标定的最终效价为1462u·mg-1。我所标定结果与最终效价一致,现将标定结果报告如下。
China National Institute for the Control of Pharmaceutical and Biological Products asked me to participate in the collaboration of the first batch of national standard calibration of the work of calibration. Using international standards, the use of three-dose microbial titer method, a total of 17 sets of data. The 17 sets of data were combined and the results were uniform. The combined result was 1462.2 u · mg-1. The final batch of the standard by the national collaborative calibration of the final titer of 1462u · mg-1. I calibrated results and final price consistent, the calibration results are reported below.
