接线螺杆零件作为空气开关板、塑料型材挤出机、注塑机等设备的核心部件,在各行各业的应用越发广泛。本文对接线螺杆冷挤压的成形工艺进行了设计,并经过模拟仿真及生产实践验证结果表明,所设计的冷挤压成形工艺在节约材料、提高质量、缩短工期方面具有很大优势。
Wiring screw parts as the air switch plate, plastic profile extruder, injection molding machine and other equipment core components, in all walks of life more widely used. In this paper, the forming process of the cold screw extrusion was designed, and the results of simulation and production practice show that the cold extrusion forming process has great advantages in saving materials, improving quality and shortening the construction period.
